Hat Trick
• 1/2 oz light rum
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 1 dash bitters
• 1 twist lemon peel

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine rum, vermouth, and bitters.
Stir well.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with lemon twist.
Pour on head of anyone not
wearing a hat.
