Weerish Coffee
Like an Irish Coffee, only a bit plural on the Jameson
• 2 1/2 oz Jameson Irish whiskey
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 6 oz hot coffee
• heavy cream

Combine the wee bit of whiskey, sugar and coffee in a mug and stir to dissolve. Float cold heavy cream gently on top. Do not stir.

Does not necesarily require dumb Irish joke as toast, but what the heck.  "What's Irish and too dumb to come in out of the rain?  It's Paddy O'Furniture! (This olde joke plagurised by real Irishman from County Mayo, so don't flame us. Anyway, there are plenty worse Irish Jokes, and our Patrick is one of them.)
