• 1 1/2 oz Brandy
• 1 oz simple syrup
• 4 dashes Angostura(R) bitters
• 4 oz milk
• Grated Nutmeg

Whap it all together.

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled white wine glass.

Dust with freshly grated nutmeg, and serve with a stuffed animal to keep you company.
